Job summary

Keystone-Management in Charlotte, NC seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repair of building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including refrigeration and A/C units at hangar and terminal locations.

This full-time role requires an HS diploma, trade certification, PM experience, and the ability to work extended hours and on-call; proficient CMMS usage and coordination with vendors are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certification in a skilled trade or system is required.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Industrial piping experience (PVC, copper, stainless) is a plus.
• Commercial carpentry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities.
• Diagnose equipment issues and assist in problem solving with team.
• Change HVAC filters as required.
• Replace interior and exterior light bulbs as needed.
• Use CMMS to create and closeout work orders with labor, parts and hours.
• Maintain site radio/cell phone for communications.
• Work flexible hours and on-call as required.
• Escort/assist outside service personnel, inspectors and vendors.
