Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Springfield, MO to coordinate and supervise facilities maintenance for production equipment and buildings. You will lead mechanics/technicians, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The role requires multi-trade experience (carpentry, electrical, plumbing), HVAC/refrigeration expertise, and prior supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in each of the trades (carpentry, electrical and plumbing).
• Five or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units.
• Supervisory or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Oversees warehouse maintenance: repairs to floors, doors, racks; lighting and plumbing; drywall, HVAC units.
• Coordinates outside contractors and maintains preventive maintenance records.
• Monitors ammonia cooling systems and safety compliance.
• Repairs in-house vending machines as needed.
