The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience, proficiency with manual and electrical hand tools, and the ability to supervise maintenance staff. This role also involves compliance with safety procedures and maintaining inventory. A high school diploma and related trades training are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years relevant work experience in a facilities, maintenance or building technician role.
• High school or vocational school diploma and minimum of four years related trades training or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and install machines, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in compliance with Hazard Communication Program.
• Supervise Maintenance Tech staff members.
