Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of job-related experience.
• For HVAC positions: EPA Section 608 Technician Certification is required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments and travel to multiple district facilities to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Repair or replace kitchen equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Assess and make necessary repairs and replace parts on district equipment as needed.
• Install new replacement equipment when appropriate.
• Assess and make repairs to security systems, fire sprinklers, and fire alarms to ensure compliance with codes and ordinances.
• Paint, stain, varnish, and perform drywall repairs and installations as needed.
