Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
• Experience in warehouse or production environments, preferably within foodservice.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Oversees safety, procedures and quality standards while managing budget.
• Coordinates maintenance work and provides trainee training.
• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains refrigeration, HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Maintains facilities and grounds per schedule and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
