Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, order processing, shipping, acquisitions, and cross dock functions.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to meet daily goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations as applicable.
• Oversee inbound/outbound merchandise processes to ensure accurate receiving, stocking, processing, and delivery.
