Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Bethlehem maintenance department. The role demands supervisory experience, a background in production maintenance, and strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

You will coordinate the activities to ensure quality servicing of manufacturing equipment, maintain CMMS systems, and provide guidance to the maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a production maintenance environment required.
• 3+ years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Bethlehem maintenance department activities.
• Ensure timely completion of work using the CMMS system.
• Provide technical advice and training as required.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Ensure all work conforms to industry standards.
