Job summary

Verano is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the planning, organizing, developing, and executing maintenance for the cultivation and processing facility. You will lead a hands-on team and ensure proper operation of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and production equipment.

The role requires developing SOPs, training personnel, and managing PM programs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and documentation. You will coordinate external contractors and maintain daily checklists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of facility and equipment maintenance leadership experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and/or plumbing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of SOPs and train staff.
• Ensure maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and manage PM program.
• Lead hands-on maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Manage CMMS and act as CMMS admin point of contact for location.
• Coordinate outside contractors and service agreements.
• Hire and train personnel and coordinate schedules.
