Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an Assistant Manager of Facilities Maintenance to lead maintenance, grounds, fleet, and allied operations on a 3pm–11:30pm shift. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, asset care, and safety, with mentorship and PDP-driven development for technicians and grounds staff.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, improving staffing and performance, and ensuring brand-centered decisions that enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency at the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree or trade training in the engineering discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead PDPs development, coaching, and performance development.
• Analyze staffing and resources to meet targets.
• Drive guest satisfaction through brand-centered decisions and feedback.
• Oversee maintenance, fleet, grounds, and related operations per program.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation of assets and respond to issues.
