Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager of Facilities Maintenance for the The Ridge Resort in Stateline, NV. This role oversees guest unit maintenance, facilities operations, grounds, and coordination with housekeeping, fleet, and laundry to ensure asset safety and guest satisfaction.

The position emphasizes coaching technicians, scheduling, budgeting support, and managing vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance knowledge and leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Project management capabilities and problem solving.
• Customer service orientation and guest-focused mindset.
• Basic familiarity with maintenance analysis and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Develop PDPs and coach maintenance staff for performance development.
• Analyze staffing and resources to achieve results and manage engagement plans.
• Lead with Brandhearted leadership and leverage guest feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Manage unit maintenance, facilities, grounds, and related operations.
• Oversee contracts with outsourced vendors for regulated skills.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Assist in budget development and resource allocation.
• Supervise work orders, inventory, and emergency responses.
• Schedule staff, payroll administration, and administrative tasks.
• Provide empathetic leadership and handle sensitive staff situations.
