Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated seeks a Facilities Director who will oversee all related functions for Facilities Services and Building Facilities, managing budgets and activities for multiple areas including pools, roadways, lighting, and water systems. The role collaborates with product development to bring new properties online and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The position leads a team, drives guest satisfaction, and directs preventative and predictive

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• More than four years of driving experience.
• Extensive knowledge of pool equipment and related systems.
• Extensive knowledge of federal/state/regional regulations for pools and hospitality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department managers and staff to complete work on time and within budget.
• Oversee financial performance of Facilities Services and Building Facilities.
• Coordinate turnover of new construction to operations and procure documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and renewals.
• Provide SOP/JHA training and safety program development.
