Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated seeks a seasoned maintenance engineering leader to oversee asset management and guest-focused operations. This role advises the General Manager and directs maintenance, facilities, grounds, housekeeping partnerships, fleet, warehouse and laundry functions to ensure safe, high-quality facilities and excellent guest experiences.

Core responsibilities include developing staff PDPs, optimizing budgets, and aligning maintenance practices with brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree or trade training in the engineering discipline preferred.
• 3 years hospitality maintenance engineering management experience.
• 1 year leading front line staff.
• Strong written and verbal communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop PDPs and coach maintenance technicians and grounds staff.
• Analyze staffing and resources; manage engagement plans and succession.
• Lead with brand-centered decisions; use guest feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Promote a brand culture and deliver the branded guest experience.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and manage vendor contracts for regulated skills.
• Implement maintenance programs, budgeting and owner value initiatives.
• Develop departmental budgets and allocate resources to hit goals.
• Operate the department within budgetary guidelines.
