SP Plus Corporation is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Associate in Atlanta, GA. The role supports routine cleaning, maintenance and repair work, supervising crew and ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks are completed on time. A valid driver’s license is preferred and flexibility in schedule is required.

Proficiency with MS Office and general knowledge of maintenance are essential. The position offers employee benefits and overtime opportunities consistent with company policy.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma; some college is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• General knowledge of maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to perform general repair, electrical, mechanical and cleaning maintenance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in directing and managing routine cleaning, maintenance and repair tasks.
• Contribute to day-to-day project activities and supervise maintenance crew.
• Monitor timecards and assist with scheduling.
• Lead safety procedures and report hazards or incidents to management.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure proper maintenance status.
