Job summary

Bell Textron in Grand Prairie, Texas, seeks a Facilities Equipment & Maintenance Front Line Leader for 1st shift. You will supervise union-covered technicians and partner with the Maintenance Planner to keep equipment reliable and maintenance on schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production and quality teams, tracking work orders and parts, mentoring staff, and upholding OSHA safety standards. Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience as a maintenance supervisor or front-line leader in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate with the Maintenance Planner to execute all maintenance activities.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance is completed on time and equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain a safe working environment per OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
