Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or front-line leader in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices and procedures including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all maintenance activities with the Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to ensure on-time completion and equipment readiness.
• Coordinate with production, quality, equipment, process, and industrial engineering to avoid production disruption.
• Monitor and track work orders, parts orders, and equipment performance to identify trends and improvements.
• Identify maintenance needs and help develop and implement a budget for maintenance activities.
