Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facilities, drive safety, and ensure reliable performance across multiple sites. This on-site role focuses on vendor management, TI projects, and building-system integrity to support growth.

You will lead maintenance planning, budgeting, and capital improvements, partner with landlords and contractors, and mentor facilities staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years facilities management across multi-site operations.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and TI projects including contract negotiations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring safety and operational excellence across locations.
• Plan, budget, and manage facility maintenance, renovations, and TI projects from concept to completion.
• Lead vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and control costs.
