Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 8+ years facilities management experience across multiple sites.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers; contract negotiations and performance management.
• Experience leading tenant improvement projects, TI budgeting, and building upgrades; knowledge of codes, safety, and environmental rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensure safety and compliance across locations.
• Plan, budget, and manage facility maintenance, renovations, TI projects from concept through completion.
• Serve as primary contact for landlords, vendors, contractors; negotiate contracts and control costs.
• Develop and manage facility capital plans, TI allowances, build-outs, and workplace improvements.
• Review designs, budgets, and specs to ensure quality and compliance with codes.
• Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to align facilities strategy with growth and needs.
• Lead and mentor facilities staff and coordinate office moves and space planning.
