Qualifications

• 8+ years facilities management experience across multi-site operations.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Experience planning and leading TI projects, renovations and office build-outs.
• Budgeting, capital planning and TI allowances management.
• Knowledge of building systems, codes, safety and environmental compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Trade certifications or professional facilities credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across company locations.
• Plan, budget, and manage facility maintenance, renovations, and tenant improvement (TI) projects from concept through completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers; negotiate contracts, manage performance, and control costs.
• Develop and manage facility capital plans, including TI allowances, build-outs, office expansions, and workplace improvements.
• Review project designs, budgets, and specifications to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with building codes.
• Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align facilities strategy with organizational growth and workplace needs.
• Lead and mentor facilities staff while coordinating office moves and space planning activities.
