Job summary

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, monitor water chemistry, and uphold high standards of member experience through dependable facility operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Able to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections for safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor water chemistry, filtration, and pool temperature controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations including fire and life safety.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs.
• Maintain records in CMMS and track maintenance activities.
• Support facility appearance and guest experience.
