Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance and repairs of building systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot commercial facilities equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities in a CMMS
• Support facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience
