Qualifications
- 3–4 years in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or engineering.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Able to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems
- Monitor water chemistry, filtration, and pool temperature controls
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations including life safety systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs
- Maintain CMMS records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Support facility appearance and functionality for members and guests
