Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems within our facilities.

You will ensure a safe, compliant, and fully operational environment through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of facilities maintenance or building engineering experience, a technical certification in HVAC/electrical/mechanical systems,

Qualifications

• Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• 3-4 years of facilities maintenance or building maintenance/engineering experience.
• Technical or trade school certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS.
• Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience.
