Life Time Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems across a fitness facility.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and accurate CMMS record-keeping to keep the building safe and fully operational. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in building maintenance or engineering, a Technical/trade certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems, and relevant licenses such as Boiler

Formación

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Able to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• 3–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS.
• Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience.
