Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in physical plant, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC maintenance.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a maintenance setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Life Safety Codes and NFPA; OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with using computer systems to manage inventory and orders.
• Valid driver license in good standing.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise the maintenance program for the facility, grounds, equipment, and vehicles.
• Oversee heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
• Supervise staff, coordinate outside contractors, and manage supplies within budget.
