Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Huntsville, AL to uphold the physical integrity of our properties. You will handle work orders, make-readies, preventative maintenance, and on-site repairs while keeping a clean shop and orderly grounds.

The role requires a High School diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication. EPA HVAC certification is preferred, and there is a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Complete make-readies
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager
