ESFM, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Facilities Coordinator II to manage facilities for clients, overseeing cleaning, light maintenance, and related activities. The role emphasizes soft services, GMP compliance, and coordination with subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities include managing moves, planning maintenance for HVAC and cleanrooms, and ensuring documentation aligns with GMP/FDA/OSHA standards. Strong MS Office and CMMS skills are required for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience.
• Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, additions, and changes.
• Administer work order creation, prioritization, scheduling, execution, and closeout in the CMMS.
• Develop and coordinate maintenance plans for HVAC, cleanrooms, process utilities, laboratory equipment, infrastructure, and critical building systems.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns, equipment outages, and maintenance windows to minimize operational disruption.
• Review work orders, inspections, PM records, labor entries, and equipment history for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation in accordance with GMP/xGMP, FDA, OSHA, EHS, and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers performing specialized maintenance, repair, inspection, or project work.
