Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe and comfortable for residents. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with minor repairs, and support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Has experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators
• Understands basic principles of preventive maintenance
• Communicates clearly and works well within a team
• Maintains a safety-focused, detail-oriented approach
• Can adapt to changing facility needs and priorities

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
