Responsibilities include routine maintenance, minor repairs, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with daily operations and preventative tasks. A safety-focused, team-oriented mindset is essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers and emergency generators.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented approach.
• Able to adapt to changing facility needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.
