Experience in healthcare facility maintenance preferred.

Familiarity with HVAC, boilers, water systems, and emergency systems.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations and supervise team members.
Promote safety and regulatory compliance, conduct fire system inspections and monthly drills.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance program.
Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators.
Manage supplies and budgeting for department.
Coordinate work with external contractors.
Ensure facilities and equipment are safe and compliant.
