The role requires reliability, trustworthiness, and consistent attendance, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and support daily operations under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understands basic principles of preventive maintenance.
• Communicates clearly and works well within a team.
• Maintains a safety-focused, detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.
