Job summary

Champion Hills Club in Hendersonville, NC, part of Troon Golf, is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate to support maintenance of the property's buildings and grounds. The role focuses on learning, contributing, and growing within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will perform general repairs, maintain exterior and interior areas, and assist with supplies while upholding safety and reliability standards. Eligible benefits include healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas, including electrical, mechanical, and structural work.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness and appearance of the facility and grounds.
• Maintain interior cleanliness, including trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and furniture arrangement.
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment
• Regular and reliable attendance
