Job summary

Oldfield Club in Okatie, SC, part of Troon, seeks a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced hospitality-focused property. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and installations to ensure facilities operate smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must meet deadlines during seasonal peaks.

Responsibilities

• Records and logs maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Digs, sweeps, shovels, and pressure washes as needed.
• Performs general facility cleaning and painting.
• Performs general maintenance.
• Assists in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment — involves dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations.
• Responds to daily facilities work orders and works on special projects.
• Installs and makes repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials.
• Installs and makes repairs to various hardware, including, but not limited to, door closures and cylindrical locks.

Key Responsibilities

• Records and logs maintenance, repairs, and inspections
