Job summary

Champion Hills Club in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate to join Troon. The role focuses on maintenance of building systems and grounds, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will contribute to a hospitality-focused property operated by a global leader in golf and community management. The position requires a minimum of an Associate's degree or two years of related experience, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool

Qualifications

• Must have at least an Associate's degree or two years of related building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment is required.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for electrical, mechanical and structural aspects of buildings and grounds.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness and appearance including trash, sweeping, and furniture arrangement.
• Maintain interior cleanliness including trash, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and furniture arrangement.
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment
• Regular and reliable attendance
