Job summary

Champion Hills Club in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate to keep our golf club amenities in top condition. You will perform general repairs across electrical, mechanical, and structural systems, maintain interior and exterior areas, and support daily operations.

The role requires an Associate's degree or two years of related experience; knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment; and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for electrical, mechanical and building structures.

• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment
• Regular and reliable attendance
