Job summary

Champion Hills Club in Hendersonville, NC, seeks a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Associate to join Troon’s global hospitality platform. You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural systems, and maintain both interior and exterior areas of the property.

This role emphasizes reliability and hands-on upkeep in a fast-paced setting. Minimum qualifications include an associate degree or two years of related maintenance experience, with knowledge of pool equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance.
• Knowledge of operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness and appearance: empty trash cans, sweep walkways, pick up litter, arrange outdoor furniture.
• Maintain interior cleanliness: empty trash, sweep, vacuum, dust, arrange furniture.
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
• Identify and report needed supplies to supervisor
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or two years of related experience associated with building maintenance

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment
• Regular and reliable attendance
