Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or technical certification in an industrial field with 1 year supervisory experience in maintenance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field and 1 year supervisory maintenance experience.
- 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including leading a work or project team.
Responsibilities
- Implement the business plan for the area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
- Monitor and manage productivity and ensure safety and quality standards across maintenance operations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
