• 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including leading a team OR 2 years supervisory experience in maintenance

Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan for area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling
• Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing business reports
• Ensure training and compliance with safety and company policies across maintenance area
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and evaluating performance
• Manage daily maintenance operations for warehouse equipment and facilities
