Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Facilities Support Rep in Ogden, UT to assist the Logistics Manager by moving equipment and delivering supplies to keep facilities operational. You will work with management to resolve problems and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

The role requires basic knowledge of office equipment and software, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks including outdoor winter duties. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of common office equipment and software applications.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to calculate figures, proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
• Willingness to perform outdoors and indoors as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facilities maintenance including groundskeeping, landscaping, snow removal, and building upkeep.
• Receive, clean, inspect, and stage barrels, totes, and reusable containers using industrial washing equipment.
• Monitor washer operation, replenish cleaning supplies, and document maintenance needs.
• Transport, load, unload, and stage materials and supplies between locations using manual and powered equipment.
• Assemble, disassemble, repair, and modify pallet racking systems and pallets.
• Move and install office furniture and equipment.
• Operate floor scrubbers, forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and company vehicles supporting facility operations.
• Provide support for Shipping and Receiving by accepting deliveries and maintaining records.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and company systems.
