Better Being Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a distribution team in our Ogden facility. You will oversee picking, packing, shipping, inventory integrity, and the application of WMS rules to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, data-driven staffing decisions, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations and inventory teams. You will drive 5S improvements, safety, and process optimization while balancing cost and

Qualificações

• Experience leading employees or coordinating team workflow in distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, manufacturing, or a comparable operating environment.
• Experience applying complex system rules and interconnected operating processes, documenting and using detailed knowledge.
• Experience adjusting labor or priorities based on changing workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret operational data, investigate problems, and make timely decisions.
• Ability to coach employees, communicate expectations, document concerns, and follow through on commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a visible presence in the operation; observe workflow, employee performance, procedure compliance, safety conditions, and developing backlogs.
• Understand and apply interconnected WMS rules and configurations to explain downstream effects.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues, identifying problems with item setup, location controls, cartonization, zone, and inventory allocation.
• Use workload and productivity data to determine staffing needs and balance labor across zones.
• Investigate order errors and recurring problems, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness.
• Balance productivity, order completion, accuracy, service, and cost while maintaining safety and quality.
