Job summary

Better Being Co. in Utah is seeking a Facilities Support Rep to assist the Logistics Manager by moving equipment and delivering supplies, ensuring facilities remain maintained and operational. You will work closely with management to resolve problems.

The role also covers groundskeeping, equipment washing, material handling, pallet rack maintenance, and general office support. A valid state driver’s license, reliable teamwork, and good communication are required as part of a committed facilities

Qualifications

• General knowledge of common office equipment.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in practical settings.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facilities maintenance including groundskeeping and building upkeep.
• Operate washing equipment, ensure quality, and manage supplies.
• Transport and stage materials using handling equipment.
• Disassemble/repair pallet racks and pallets as needed.
• Move and install office furniture and equipment.
• Operate floor scrubbers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Support Shipping and Receiving with deliveries and records.
• Maintain records using Microsoft Office and other systems.
