Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, GA seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization at a campus of buildings. You will implement policies and workplace services to ensure a well-maintained environment aligned with client goals and safety standards.

You will coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and supervise staff to deliver reliable services while maintaining strong tenant relations. The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience; CMMS/Yardi

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, or property portfolio management.
• Experience in leasing, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering and site services.
• Manage contracts, review invoices, and ensure alignment with SLAs.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior property conditions.
• Respond to tenant requests promptly to balance tenant, client and property needs.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and coordinate annual and quarterly forecasts.
