Job summary

Verve A Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead multi-site facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, and safety programs. You will develop a multi-year roadmap, manage budgets, and oversee a team of facilities technicians with a focus on service excellence for members and staff.

Responsibilities include project delivery for new branches and remodels, vendor management, and data-driven improvements to reduce costs and enhance reliability across all locations.

Qualifications

• Five years of facilities management, building operations, or multi-site facilities experience.
• Three years of people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience leading construction, remodel, relocation, or space planning projects.
• Experience budgeting, capital plans, and executive-level business cases.
• Familiarity with facilities management technology, work order systems, or vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities function for daily operations, long-term planning, vendor performance, and projects across all locations.
• Coach and develop the facilities technician team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coordinate recurring maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, and grounds.
• Oversee building systems and ensure quick resolution of issues and safety compliance.
• Lead facility projects from concept through completion including new branches and remodels.
• Manage vendor relationships, bidding, negotiations, onboarding, and service levels.
• Develop a multi-year facilities roadmap and manage the budget and capital costs.
