Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Facilities Operations lead to oversee and optimize maintenance across our New York locations. You will supervise technicians, schedule preventive work, and coordinate routine repairs to keep facilities safe, compliant, and efficient.

You will travel between sites as needed, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with leadership to plan budgets and capital projects, ensuring timely completions and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience across facilities operations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel between New York locations as needed.
• Experience supervising technicians and coordinating repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision to facilities technicians, including coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable functionality of both sites.
• Perform and oversee basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, minor structural work) and coordinate specialized vendor service.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance plans and schedules for multiple locations.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and manage repair estimates and budgets.
