Job summary

Hounen Solar America is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing facility's infrastructure and utility systems. You will manage facility operations, contractors, utility systems, regulatory compliance, and government-related matters to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

The role requires leadership of the Facilities team, collaboration with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in facilities or industrial maintenance management in manufacturing.
Experience managing facility utility systems and building infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and industrial safety regulations.
Proven ability to lead contractors, vendors, and capital projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage daily facility operations and utility systems.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, EPA, and local regulations.
Coordinate facility inspections, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Support facility construction, expansion, and commissioning projects.
Oversee service contracts and preventive maintenance agreements.
Lead and develop the Facilities team and collaborate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Quality.
