Job summary

A broad knowledge of facilities, production equipment and processes is essential. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and demonstrated problem-solving skills, with experience in commercial building

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; related technical credentials are a plus.
• Experience in facility engineering or technician roles in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and facility systems.
• Ability to read drawings and use basic CAD tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping and safety management.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure budgets are met.
• Manage contractor work and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Maintain facility drawings and support design, construction and maintenance activities.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operating efficiency.
