Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or technical military education and related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• 10+ years maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong electrical knowledge; motor control troubleshooting.
• Experience using CMMS (Hexagon EAM).

Responsibilities

• Lead two shifts and supervise facilities specialists and technicians.
• Deliver training and create training materials.
• Oversee safety and ensure compliance with policies.
• Plan downtime and coordinate maintenance tasks with leadership.
• Mentor staff and review performance.
