Northrop Grumman is seeking a Facilities Representative to supervise the San Diego, CA facilities, ensuring safe and compliant operations across 12 buildings. You will manage HVAC, electrical and related systems, and coordinate with contractors to maintain continuous operations.

You will use Archibus, SAP ERP1, and Maintenance Connection to handle budgeting, procurement, and maintenance reporting, while guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance. U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Or High School diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of industrial/commercial facilities operations and maintenance experience.
• Experience with self-directed tasks, prioritizing work, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software like Archibus, SAP ERP1, Maintenance Connection.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret level Clearance; U.S. Citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operation of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and alarm systems.
• Utilize SAP/ERP1 for financial management activities, including processing purchase requisitions and invoices and tracking budgets.
• Perform hands‑directed troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with City, County, State, and Federal health and safety requirements; partner with EHS and agencies to support safe work.
