Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Sr Principal Facilities Representative to oversee Linthicum, MD facilities, ensuring safe, compliant operations across 19 buildings. You will leverage SAP ERP1 and building automation tools to optimize energy and asset management.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop project specifications, and coordinate contractor work while maintaining strong tenant and vendor relations. A U.S. government Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with extensive facilities ops experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a facilities environment.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and alarm systems operation.
• Manage procurement and budget tracking using SAP ERP1.
• Lead small-to-medium facility modification projects from scope to close-out.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and standards.
• Develop and track project milestones and cost estimates.
