Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations of multiple facilities in a fast-paced environment. You will lead FM teams, implement strategic objectives, and manage maintenance programs to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

The role requires a BS in facilities management or related field and at least 6 years in FM with leadership experience. FMP certification is required within 1 year of hire, and you will coordinate vendors and budgets on-site.

Qualifications

• BS degree in facilities management or related field
• FMP certification is required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire
• Knowledge of facility and property management, construction procedures, business practices, safety, and fire codes
• Proven front-line management skills in a multi-discipline work environment
• Ability to communicate professionally with employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operations of multiple facilities.
• Lead FM teams to align with leadership’s objectives and organizational goals.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and payroll oversight.
• Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure health and safety standards compliance.
• Coordinate vendor management and service quality.
• Develop long-term facility plans and annual evaluations.
• Maintain 24x7x365 emergency on-call readiness.
• Oversee budgeting and cross-functional coordination with managers.
