Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in facilities management, office operations, or related field.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and workplace projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety, security, business continuity, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to keep the office equipped and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and supervise local Facilities staff, including training and performance management.
• Manage facility budgets, invoices, purchase requests, reporting, and annual planning.
• Serve as primary liaison with landlords, property management, contractors, and service providers.
